Study Abroad Programs

Welcome, Exchange Program Directors!

The coordination of an exchange involves many different parties, both here at Georgia State University as well as at the institution abroad. From setting up the initial International Cooperation Agreement, to working with International Student and Scholar Services to prepare to host students and scholars from abroad, to working with our office to facilitate sending Georgia State University students overseas, you will find a host of offices that are prepared to assist you with this process. For a complete overview of the exchange process at Georgia State University, click here.

In this section of our website, you will find information on facilitating the process of sending Georgia State University Students abroad in the outbound aspect of your exchange.

We have divided the information into four sections:

1) reporting outbound exchange activity

2) details of sending students abroad as part of your exchange (including compliance with the Georgia State University Study Abroad Crisis Policy)

3) ways of advertising your exchange to potential students, and

4) additional resources for both you and your students.

Study Abroad Programs thanks you for your dedication to the students and the hard work you put into international education. We are here to support you and hope that you will find these resources helpful.
